I think, lovemac15, he is trying to say, "You look ahead and concentrate on the driving and leave the rest to me." Well, that's what I think because, like you, I find the title to be rather garbled English. A further thought: after what the passenger has done for the driver, it would have been good to see him bring himself to orgasm, wouldn't it?
