Sadly, we have gotten very complacent. An infected guy's semen can be LOADED with HIV virus, and let's face it, the act of anal intercourse produces thousands of tiny abrasions and micro-tears in the rectal lining. Receptive anal intercourse, with an infected partner is one of the easiest ways for any of us to become HIV+. (Sorry to be a downer, but I always demand a bag be used.)
