every morn i am up at 5 to bake muffins for our boarders and ya their first coffee too. but so muchly a lot more this. i make elevenses for mum, dad and me and if someone else at home them too. then dinner at 1 for me parents and also tea that some times i make devonshire style with real clotted cream fresh from farm family still has and when we can get it in from out there. i prepare and serve supper for whole house and favorite dish of them are me london broil marinade cut on diagonal with asparagus and fresh mushroom and if like hollandaise sauce. next favorite is fresh salmon with bourbon and brown sugar glaze and rice pilaf with veg. two other regular dish serve alternate weeks are me meatloaf and true british shepherds pie. sunday we have brunch at 1 and i make 4 dozen scrambled eggs, 3 pound of irish sausages, 5 pound of fresh made skillet potatoes (cube cut some call home fry) 3 dozen home made biscuit and for desert chilled crepe suzette (now with fresh strawberry mash) or some times me home made cinn rolls when baked up are 6 inch around. some times with fresh fruit available i make strawberry shortcake (i use the bisquick recipe) but naught better than what all say they live for ~ peanut butter pie with whip cream, chocolate sauce and cherry on top of it already fill with chocolate, peanut butter and cream cheese in best pie crust again from bisquick. i thank my gran, now in assist living (a beautiful place over look the charles river and i see her 2x a week) for always believin im in this body even when i could not talk. she come to KNOW i am here from long time watch her cook and i get jumpy one day and she say 'what is it billy' and i point to her she forgot the green pepper in the tuna salad she was makin. then also the day i come in so hot and i know hyperglycemic and dehydrate. she hears me first word at age 11.5 ~ 'DWINK!' and i never forget that day ~ or her specially now she cant speak so well but i know she still there. food. it can fill you up in more ways that your tum.
