Cock rings can help you keep an erection longer, I've used one. Penis pumps are garbage, a waste of money.

Cock ring- sounds painful, lol, there is no medical evidence that penis pumps actually work so if it gives you pleasure then yeh, use it.

I agree with rontootsy, forget about cockrings and other gadgets, prostrate stimulation through anal penetration while masturbating or being tossed off gives a better orgasm.
