Public Bathrooms (Toilets in UK)

do you have such things in your countries..and are they used to 'pick up' guys...or do you 'steer clear' of such places for safety reasons...
many in the UK were closed down as they were used for sex and drugs..most places now you have to pay to pee..

Greetings we have very few public toilets is our towns as we have many of the street bars and cafes all have toilets for use of any person not just customer we have toilets in our Malls but they are never used in way you speak

Sorry meant to add their is some tea rooming done in this country but its mainly toilets in malls or department stores
