Thank you to Ruslan for giving us this oppurtunity to dicuss a very important subject.
When one third of gay men will contract HIV/AIDS during their lifetime, how can we say that this is an activity that can be made safe?

Because we know the virus is transmitted via semen, mainly through genital or anal contact. And semen transmission can be prevented by using condoms. And besides, people can be tested for the virus and know they don't have it. If neither partner has it, they can't give it to each other.
