You'll be fine Matt. I'm sure you check out the dentist that is performing the procedure and you have enough confidence in him to do the operation. I'm sure the dentist will numb the area where the tooth is and you won't even know it's coming out. After the procedure it would be nice to get cozy with a special friend that will ease some of the tension.

The procedure is simple, and, thanks to the x-rays they take beforehand to see what's going on inside, things rarely go wrong. I had all four of mine removed with local anesthetic, so I got to watch the procedure. I didn't feel much pain at all after the surgery. You should ice the area because it will swell. The only bad experience I had was the combination of oxycodone and constant taste of blood making me sick. Good luck!

when you get home wrap a bag of frozen veggies in a towel and put it on your face each side it will help stop the swelling or bruising....the procedure itself is a breeze you will be out and wont feel anything good luck hugz paparon xoxoxo

U have nothing to worry about as long as no complications. I didn't feel a thing

Well then you should really just let a dentist do it.
