Johnny.....stay strong...I know when it comes on it hurts like hell...but you know how to push through it...you aren't bad..you aren't a bad person. Just having one of those moments. Like Jase says, find someone you trust and let it out...Hugs...Thomas xxooxxoo

find someone you can talk too. someone you can trust. every situation has a away out, and life is worth being comfortable, not being miserable. you can take control of the situation and get to feeling better. i'm praying for you johnny!
