Yeah, very hard to pick just one. If we're talking ALBUMS as a whole... For Rock, I'd pick Pink Floyd's "The Wall" (how can you not) or Jethro Tull's "Auqualung". Jazz, I'd say Diablo Swing's "Sing Along Songs for the Damned and Delirious" although that kinda crosses into jazzy-metal. For Alt-Progressive, Porcupine Tree's "the Incident" is a MUST LISTEN (probably my overall fav right now)

man that's a tuff one for big band Glen Miller, for blue grass Del McCorye for swing Bob wills and the Texas playboys for rock and roll Janis Joplin or Rolling Stone, it's just so difficult to pick just one wont you say.

Very wide range... Everything from Diablo Swing Orchestra, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Mars Volta, Porcupine Tree, Chevelle, 30 Seconds to Mars, Opeth & Tool to the classics like Dylan, Elton, Floyd, Bowie, & Steely Dan. I love to find new (or old) music! I don't have any specific genre, just playlists to what I'm feeling at the time. Rock, Jazz, Metal, Progressive, Alternative and anything with depth or intelligence. But let's take the question a bit further... What do you think is the best album(s) of all time??
