I did not get the talk About the brirds and bee's, and mastrubation was taboo.
I found out about Mastrubation by my self, and it was wonderfull at the age of 12 when i found out how to do it, And it's stil wonderfull.

You know, I never got that discussion from anyone I should have got it from, most of it came from my older siblings (who were mostly wrong about things) or friends. There was a segment in school, I think it was in 7th, maybe 8th grade science but it was only a couple of days of it and I missed the main one, already knew the fun you could have with yourself and already knew which sex I was attracted to by then.

I never got the talk although to be fair I never asked about it. It was covered pretty well in school in 7th grade then in more detail in 8th. But I knew most of it already by then by talking to older guys who were friends of my brother. I loved listening in on their conversations through the heating vents when they talked about girls in the family room downstairs. I discovered masturbation myself one morning when I woke up with what I later realized was a piss hardon when I was about 11? I remember a kid at school told some of us how babies were born. I couldn't believe it so I asked my dad. He started to say something about the feeling of love between a man and a woman after they are married is what causes a woman to have a baby. He changed his mind though and told me the truth or as much as he though I'd understand at my age. I can still remember looking at him and saying something to the effect of But you don't do that to mom do you? He said we'd talk again about it when I was older. It never happened.

I was a teacher for many years (now retired). I took the boys class 12yrs. for sex education, I never missed a point in the subject. Covered penetration sexual pleasure masturbation, wet dreams . The boys were well educated by me.I enjoyed explaining this subject and still get off on some of the questions I was asked!

I don't really remember getting the talk but sex was never a taboo subject for me growing up, my parents were pretty open about it, never avoided the subject. I will say the subject was never discussed without a good lecture about being safe, responsible, and respectful of your partner.

Nobody gave me the talk. At the age of five or six I asked my mom what testicles were for, and she gave me a minimalist explanation of reproduction, delicately omitting the crucial penis-in-vagina part. (Consequently, for a while I believed that a man could select between urine or sperm at will, and that for a woman to get pregnant, she'd lay back and hold her vulva open while the man stood over her and "peed" sperm into her.) My father was a bit of a prude and never raised the subject with me. I had sex education in school in the 6th and 7th grades (11-12 and 12-13 years old, respectively), so she never explained any further. By that point I knew enough that even the sex-ed at school was superfluous. Neither my mother nor the school program even hinted at masturbation. While I'd known about masturbation in a general sense since I was in my early single-digit years, I learned about orgasms and ejaculation late in the summer between 6th and 7th grades when I brought myself to orgasm for the first time.
