i have a friend on GBT he is realy WORRIED about the size of his penis 4.5 inches..can anybody tell me if it's possible and how it can be enlarged safely and without pain

Your friends penis is the same size as mine. I found that lots of pulling and sucking helps to make it grow....worked for me, now mine grows to 8 inches.

don't worry about the size. i actually like smaller dicks and seeing pics and vids of guys with them and how they 'use' them. i'm only 5.5 inches. my j/o bud is 7.5 inches and thinks my dick is perfect since he can get the whole thing in his mouth. lol. Tell your friend there is nothing wrong with the size of his penis, then have him scroll down this page to an entry by tjholmes Blog titled 'small'. He will feel much better about his penis size after reading all of the comments there.
