Does it not rain here? ru mad.??.this is Ireland - it rains here all the time lol, thats the problem the rain blows in on the winds which are very strong and the windows get really crappy, plus my chickens and cats go on the window sills and make even more mess :) I am lazy to answer ur question - the reason is that my partner thinks that my window cleaning is not good enough LOL
