you need to use a picture edit program and reduce the pic you have to 100pixel x 120pixel before it will upload. phtoshop , aceedcee etc

yeah i had the same problem could not figure out how to resize the photo so the next best thing for me was to go thru a whole bunch of downloaded pic's till if found the ones that work and like and then pick what I have now. I know it might not be much help to you but thats what i did,
