problems with download

Hi guys, can anyone help? hen I try to download I don't get the usual box anymore but Quick time player pops up. For a while I could download from this with real player but that's not appearing anymore so can't download anything. Please help someone it's so frustrating!!!!

Had the same issues a while back, your quick time is possibly corrupted, I removed it completely
using advanced uninstaller, reinstall only if you use it for itunes videos.
oh and nick 18 said realplayer creates havoc on the site and banished it !

Click the download button of any particular video you would like. When it loads a new window, right-click the blue link that says, "Secure Download Link." You will see the option "Save Link As." A window will pop-up showing where you would like the file stored and what name you would like to give it. It will save the video as an MP4, which you can use Quicktime to open. Click "save" and it will download the video. Good luck!

Try this: - Google Chrome as browser
- Download This Video
- Secure Download Link
- video screen appears
- right click screen
- choose download
- choose file where to download

That's it, for me it's working but only with Win7 and Chrome, not with Win8 at all.
Real Player/Downloader is not working any more (maybe past 6-8 months).
