Hi all,

In case anyone missed it, Stephen Fry is doing a really interesting two-part documentary about how homosexuality is perceived throughtout the world. It will probably boil your blood a little but well worth watching. The first episode is on BBC iPlayer and the next episode should be on next week sometime, BBC2.

All the best,

Peter.

I second that-Dupsspanker. Such an emotional documentary, even amongst the rediculous politicians etc he visited and challenged Stephen Fry dealt with the situations with full on with dignity.

Not sure where your views come from Nickblack, surely if you watched the show would agree that Stephen Fry represented the gay community with perfection.

I watched the program tonight and thought it was not only touching and very well put together but Stephen Fry was a fantastic presenter. A few years ago I met Stephen Fry and he has a few demons in his head but I think he is very caring and this showed in tonights show.

It would be nice if once - just once - a loud mouthed, show off, opinionated "gay" person, doing a "This is how to be gay" television programme, or speech, or interview had some experience of actually being gay. Had actually been laid once or twice!
All the gay people I know have a long history of casual sex, a large number of notches on the bedpost - yet the "Out" celebrities, politicians and others are not like that.

I love Stephen Fry! He is wonderful. He's very funny in "Jeeves and Wooster". He is very touching in the flick "Peter's Friends". Don't miss this one. He also played Oscar Wilde in a biopic. Stephen is a very talented actor. I will be sure to catch his doc. on BBC America. Thanks for the "heads up", luv. Cheerio! ;)
