cs4ever reminded me on another, slightly more embarrassing boner moment. When I was about 12 or 13, I took swimming lessons during the summer. I didn't know anybody in the swim class so I'd just find a locker and change before and after class. One day, my mind was wondering and there were 3 guys, around my age, changing a few feet away. My eyes wandered down as they got naked and I suddenly go a boner. Fortunately, I was using a corner locker and quickly turned away from everybody, so nobody saw it, or at least nobody said anything. From that point on, I made sure to have a corner locker in the changing room.

Back in high school, the parents of one friend was out of town. Five of us were there drinking beer. In the middle of the night I woke up to piss, and also had a major, major hardon.
