(Of course, any cut penis is itself "deformed" because it's incomplete. But I never blame a guy for what his PARENTS did or did not do to him as a baby. Until high school, I thought my penis was deformed (as were those of the other males in my family). I thought a guy's "mushroom head" was supposed to look exactly like a mushroom's (like a thimble). It took a guy in the locker room in gym, my friend Victor, to tell me, at around age 15?, that he used to think the same, but that, no, that's how it (the glans) is supposed to look.
