Looks so much better than what I cooked here.... lol. The way I cook, I lose weight fast. If I turn sideways, I'll dissappear! hahaha ;)

(Sorry for the 1000 words....) I have no problem, though, with my original post, I've "traded" lots of times at meals, it's fine!

No problem Scotsman! (And I have no problem eating while watching people eat meat.) I thank you for the meal, a grand gesture! I'm easy to please — just substitute me some fruit & I'll be fine! (Some vegetarians & vegans will actually consider it an insult for someone to say, "Just 'fill up' on the salad then," and throw iceberg lettuce at you. Including me, who's had enough iceberg lettuce for several lifetimes. My vegan friends here hopefully can chip in with other simple ideas?) Any 100% juice (like V8 or JuicyJuice) is a great, tasty gesture as well for me — original V8 (all-vegetable), V8-Fusion (vegetable-and-fruit blends, which sounds weird but actually is good; NOT V8-Splash though, which is in a similar-looking bottle but is half-sugar-water), or JuicyJuice "fruit punch" flavor — any of these 100%s would make me :-) & give you an extra ((hug)) when I came over!
