Help with GBT Private Message

I hope someone can help. When I check my email, it tells me someone sent me a private message. yet, when I check on GBT there is nothing there. Any suggestions? Thanks. Also How to I post a picture on someones wall?

Nick says you can turn off the notifications. However, no notifications are checked in the preferences section of my profile and I still get them, so it seems you can't turn them off yourself. These notifications have never worked very well, so when you get a message it probably just means someone sent you message, wrote on your wall, or sent a friend request, but it will not be clear just which action it was.

It happens to all of us....all of the time. The notification system doesn't work properly. Even though it said you got a PM...you really didn't so don't worry about it. Many of us have been begging Nick for manths and months to TURN OFF THE FUCKING NOTIFICATION SYSTEM but he refuses. I'm getting prety discusted with it all.
