I think it's "better", but that's a frame of mind.  To use this, you need to be so in tuned to your body and the sensations that it works up into a whole body quaking.  Yes, there's a lot of precum before hand, and Yes I still shoot on climax.  Like I say, it's definitely an investment of time and dedication to master (similar to yoga or meditation) but once you reach your first "true" climax, you'll understand how to get back there easier each time.

You need to understand however that they take practice, and patience.  I generally need about 45 mins to reach hands free climax...  but it took me about 2 months of regular use to finally have my first orgasm with this.  The trick really is full relaxation, and very subtle, gentle, and sustained flexing.  I started with the MGX, and when I finally got good with it I treated myself to the Helix Silicone, and Wow, I love it!
