Weekend wasn't so crash hot!

Saturday started out ok, but went down hill fast! Went to a ladies place to pick up an old cast iron bath tub - got it for free! While trying to lift it onto the trailer, my lower back "popped out".. managed to get bath on trailer and go home, but back has and still is buggered! To top it all off, I've picked up the "flu". Felt like total shit after I washed my bus today (got a charter job tomorrow). It's 6.30pm Monday night, just cooking something for dinner and then it's off to bed!! Hope you all had a better weekend than me lol!!!

Thanks guys. Bus driving is ok 'till I hit some bumps ha ha!

So used to having a stuffed back. Crushed 3 vertebrae in a car accident when I was about 19. Pains not problem, I've experienced the worst pain ever - kidney stone, (now THAT'S pain!). Usually get chiropractic treatment for back pain but can't afford to go get it seen too. Guess I'll just suck it up and harden up. It's the flu that pissing me off more than anything atm.

If you have a CVS around where you live, get some of their Back & Body pills.  They've helped a lot when my back's gone out.  (And don't try to lift unwieldy cast iron - or even concrete - items in the future.)
