I notice many guys give Stars to a guy when they get a 'friend' request from them.  Maybe that's part of my problem.  I seldom go 'cruising' for friends - most of the friends I have on here are because they've sent me a request and they probably never get around to giving stars once it's accepted.  Just a thought.

honestly I forget sometime to post on the 5 star rating system so it may be nothing more then others are also forgetting to do it as well

Generally I think the stars or favorability rating should reflect what has been posted on their wall, the quality of the pictures and videos they've both favored and uploaded, and equally as important that persons contributions to our blogs.  I would suggest that if you find something you really like about what the person says and if you like the videos or photos they've posted, you should then go out and award the stars.  Personally I wouldn't give a person stars just because they 'friended' me, but only if they've left a message for me as well.

Finally, all of those who have responded to this particular blog (and anyone who should post in the future as well), will receive 5 stars from me plus my Twink of the Day (a particularly beautiful young man) posted on their own wall.

the stars and ratings are only numbers, they doesn't say anything about who you really are and what you mean to someone. they are only worthless numbers, like the number of friends in your list. only important are your real friends and the people talking to you.

Shouldn't care about ratings. Ever go to a screwy person's site and rate low? Only 5 stars show up no matter what. So why bother?

I've noticed I have over 160 friends.  Maybe we need to give ratings to our friends more when we 'friend' them.
