Cold or not I like Quebec. It's a beautiful city, especially the old city and the Chateau Frontenac on the cliff overlooking the St. Lawrence River. And the Plains of Abraham. It's been about ten years since I was there and I have many strong memories of the city and its nice people. I like Quebec!
