I also agree on the sucking with it in.  It is more for my pleasure, but i did fuck one friend with it on and he said he felt every bit of it and loved it. I just got a PA the first of April.  I dont know about showing it.  Let me know if anyone wants to see it.  I have enlarged the original ring from an 8G to a 4G and am about ready to put in a 2G.  As for pain.  Very little it goes through the thin part of skin just below the head and out through your pee hole.  Makes masturbating very enjoyable   

I have both my nipples pierced and have for years.  I started with 14 gauge.  The pain was incredible, but my body's endorphins kicked in very quickly.  Endorphins are the body's natural painkillers; very strong, like hydrocodone, or similar.  It was an amazing head rush.  I had both nipples done at the same appointment.  Nipples are one of the most sensitive body parts to pierce.  You must make sure to clean them carefully for several weeks.  They will heal completely in a month or so.  I waited a year to further my piercing adventure.  I returned to my shop and had both nipples pierced for 10 gauge captured balls, which is what I have always worn.  Again with the intense pain and endorphin head rush.  Over time, I used expanders to get to 6 gauge which is what I am currently wearing and where I will most likely remain.  6 gauge captured balls are pretty impressive, size wise, I think.  I am able to pull on my nipple rings quite forcefully now with no pain.  I love my nipple piercings and would never hesitate to do it again or recommend it to anyone interested.  Chat me up about this or anything, if you like.  Hugzzz~Harry
