When I got into the business that I am in and decided to spread out within the same industry, I was well aware of of the problems I could face. There is no regulatory agency or for that matter ANY agency that we can turn to when there are labor disputes, safety issues etc. I also learned quickly that my world was polluted by some real ass cunts and that one day I would probably be fucked by one of them - but not in the good way.

Anyway, I decided quickly to mostly self-learn. Trial by fire so to speak. There were a couple of people offering me help and guidance  at the very beginning and I trusted them. I was 18 years and 2 days old when I first emerged and sadly a couple of the consensus mentors that I was introduced to were more interested in parts of my body than helping me get a good start. So I ended up with a couple of months "wandering" through a sea that I did not expect to be so choppy. I am a very fast learner and everything worked out fine.

Except that one thing..

My choice to do some videos was as much pleasure as paycheck. Because of this I never give a shit when I see clips out there from the commercial companies I worked for. Free porn is how I ended up in this business and I am a big fan to this day of tube sites. There are a couple of videos with me on this website (in duplicates) and I am happy if people are getting off on them. There is one video however that was filmed 2 weeks after my 18th birthday and at the beginning of that "self-management" trial by fire I mention above.

That video had never made it to this or most tube sites and frankly I had almost forgot about it even though it was not too terribly long ago. I tried never to really think about it because it is an unresolved situation that in my opinion was planned and calculated to take advantage of the newbie. I'm not going to get into the details and in fact I am not going to any further with my "life story" as it relates to some of the early challenges i faced (I have no enemies and it's critical in my world to keep it that way). However, I will simply summarize and say that i have not been compensated for my work as agreed. It was a jolt to see it on the site only because I really had put it out of my mind, but it also burns me badly to see that someone, somewhere made a product using my image that was in effect stolen since I have not been paid.

I know that nobody here knows me from shit but I HOPE there is some understanding of my situation as well as some who maybe can agree that this video has a valid copyright claim and should be deleted - just until my situation resolves. No, the legal copyright is not in my hands but I'll bet if I were a squeakier wheel I could change that at least partially. However, as I said i am not looking to make waves and call attorneys. The whole legal system just fucks us all out of our money anyway so there are no winners among the homo team when shit like this goes to courts. maybe someone reading this could forward it to the Admin and see if he will consider taking it down until I clear this up? I don't actually have ANY idea how all of you will feel about this and which side you will collectively fall behind. But I sure know it will be another learning experience for me either way.

I hope I am not coming off as a drama queen because I kinda detest all things drama. Speaking of which - I have no idea if this post will even get a single response but I want to mention that I really can't answer any follow up questions to the specific people and businesses my dispute is with and I don't want to disappoint anyone here. I would answer questions all day long about shooting that film and others as well as any questions about my job as a companion. However, details with specific names are going to stay protected. I will say that the older guy I filmed with seemed very nice and is almost certainly not involved too deeply with the people and entities that owe me. The very last thing I will say is that the clip you see is just a small fraction of the work I did so this is not about a single scene.

All input is appreciated. I want to hear from those that think I have no standing here as well as from anyone that agrees I may have a valid biological copyright that should be in play on this take down request. I'm still learning and am out here on my own. No family support to fall back on at this point. What I take with me into adulthood will be the lessons I learned as a teenager from my own community.
