"Angel Flight" is the call sign for a USAF C-130, carrying a fallen hero on board. Their "salute" with flares looks like an angel with wings.

That's a C-17a, not a C-130. The C-130 is a 4-engine turboprop. Cool pic tho.

I do not wish to add too much levity to the posts re Memorial Day here, but... Might it also be Air Force One shooting off chaff to protect Donald from attack by air-to-air missles? Anyway, it is quite beautiful!
