I don't have anything ticked but I keep gettinging email notifications when I get a " Friend request". Any way to stop this?

The unwanted notifications are still coming, about 10 a day for me,  is the different sender anything to do with it ???  this is how it looks:

You could put GBT as spam in your email account  You could stop that type of email rom being sent to your inbox too.
