I have a gal friend (we never "did it," not even once) who was the first person I met at college.  I had known by age 16 I would never need to do it with a girl, ever.  Not even to be sure.  I was 100% gay, gay, gay, gay!   But I regret not being more forthright with this friend, for she was interested in me, and chased me around on two separate occasions, over the years.   That was not fair to her.   By some miracle we are still dear, dear friends, now that I finally was honest with her.  She is my very b est friend, no question about it.  We can share anything.
