Oh baby, yes!  I most definitely do consider a man's boner to be a "feeling".  It is definitely a valid expression from him, and shouldn't be minimized or criticized.

Also, I actually think that the average male has more emotions than the average woman.  They seem to have more passion in them and let it out more.  (And this contradicts the "common knowledge" that men are closed-off and distant.  I'm thinking that males may respond to WOMEN less-passionately, OK that's the cause of the "common knowledge", but in their interactions with their fellow gender they are more demonstrative than females are with males.)
