To my non English-speaking friends: Please try to be patient with me
It is wonderful to receive friend requests here and each one is important. I understand that some people do not speak English or don't wish to. Every good-hearted person is important to me no matter what the language. I would ask that when you send me mail and I am not familiar with your language, do not take that as disrespect. I don't mean it that way. Please give me a chance to learn enough of your language that I don't sound like a fool or show disrespect to you. If you would please, try to use what English you do know and I will figure out what you mean. At least until I have a chance to catch up a little on how to communicate with you effectively. But remember, I am old and not brilliant. So please try to be patient. Bitte haben sie Geduld, Etre patient avec moi, Por favor tu paciencia. Danke, Merci and Gracias. Leo

Hi Guys. I just don't want anyone to feel left out because of my own lack of education. And yes, Google translate is wonderful. We need resources to help us stay together. Pleasure to see you all.
Google's translate has improved quite a bit from it's introduction. I hope it'll solve most of any language problems. We can't speak every language. Cheers to you for being so polite and trying to be friendly.
