Whats with this? I sometimes get a post on my wall from this user but when I click on it, I just end up on my own page again.

Dude, it's self explanatory. The user that posted whatever you are looking at has either deleted their account or have been deleted by the site administrator since the time of the posting. Clicking on the name "Deleted User" just defaults to your own profile since the deleted account's profile no longer exists. I suppose the coding could be made to just deactivate the hyperlink, but what can we expect for free?
