@MikeMike Wow! Your uncle is truly a honorable man. These men are to be admired and respected as well as the many, many men and women that sadly did not survive their wounds, they are for me the true heroes of my youth. It boils my blood when pro. athletes are referred to as sports heroes for being paid millions of $$$ to play a game. To god damn many of our Vets lived and are living in poverty, many on the streets in and out of jails. These men are trained to physically stand up for their beliefs, kill or be killed. and then when back on home ground, and they act as they were trained too, they are locked up in sanitariums or jails. to pay entertainers millions a year to entertain and war vets a few thousand to put their lives on the lines, and paramedics and nurses have to strike for fare wages that is true insanity.
I did not know that about him which make him all the more interesting.
