I think its probably pretty much same worldwide--even though some countries allow certain stuff of boys and girls 16 and up where usa is 18 and up--that doesn't mean people wait until 16 to start sex --people try to take studies and try to get an idea but people lie--some guys say they aren't a virgin but still are virgin because they dnt want picked on--I just say boys are just as horny in one country as they are in another
