Happiness is a warm gun... oh yes it is!
Walking home tonight, as usual with a song in my head, it just hit me of wtf John Lennon meant in those lyrics in the White album?
So lets have this guys... what is the happiness in a warm gun?... from left to right, I think of a wide range of answers... please no indecent rhetoric, but indecent images and vids are absolutly welcome.
John happened to see the cover of a magazine with an article entitled "Happiness is
a warm gun" It was a riff on a popular saying from the peanuts comic strip. Anyway, he found it ironic, because a warm gun meant you had just killed something. It was just John finding inspiration from things around him.
I have heard of the song but off hand I'm not sure I have heard it. Â Â I certainly don't know the lyrics off hand BUTT I imagine he was saying that for contrast and dynamics reasons for whatever he was or wasn't inadvertently talking about, eh.
I've read another version: Happiness is a warm bun... yes yes chew chew... liked it.
