MY PC SEEMS TO HAVE MOUNTED A MUTINY THIS PAST WEEK; SOMETIMES IT WILL WORK, OTHER TIMES IT JUST REFUSES.

I have a kick-ass laptop w/ i7 (8th gen), 1TB SSD, 32 GB RAM. Runs smooth as they cum. After last Windows update you would have thought someone switched it out on me. Numerous apps I refused to open or they'd crash. Apps. on taskbar would not open. Sound card malfunctioned and more, not to mention slow, slow, slow.


I checked on my Windows updates and sure enough my laptop received an automatic update overnight. I immediately ran system restore to just prior to the update (took close to an hour to complete.) Whoopity Doo! She 's back to her kick-ass self again.
