about 6yrs ago i rented one of my house near our local college to a bunch of idiotic boys not men but 19-21yr old boys who destroyed the house once they left we went in and redid everything the basement was horrible a cum stained couch it was burnt i burnt it condoms every where cum stains on a pool table car parts dirty underwear the house was trashed now i make sure thease little idiots pay

i bought this house few years ago-- and started cleaning it up and began to realize this place was being used for fucking-hundreds of condoms--there were few needles/syringes but condoms for sure--so i got cameras set up and had the feed of it going to my house-and it can record 6 screens at same time and had pretty good video quality
they looked around i guess and saw where i had been cleaning--and the video i got was kind of surprising --shocking and for most post hot as fuck to watch--there were mostly boys/teens sneaking in there--very seldom was it a guy and a girl but even they were young as well---
i stored alot of these videos for later viewing hehe and i never turned hem in because if i did they would want to take the footage--so one night couple of fellows that seemed to visit alot were there and they didnt hurry--they would always be there for at least an hour--so i went over sneaked in and there they were going at it good and hard-- and i watched--so what im a perv but i wasnt about to stop that top he was going to town on that ass--
when they got done i let my presence be known they went to run andi said dont run--its ok---one asked me if i was the one that bought the house--i said i am---he says we wanted to get one more time here before we had to find somewhere else--the other asked how did i know they were there and i pointed at the camera that had to look close to even see it--told them about the condoms and all--one said they all werent thiers and i was lie i hope not youd be fucking 20 times a day if they were
i told them i remember what its like to be their age--and made them a deal-they come over help clean the place up rip out the carpet in every room they can come in and do it all they want--they were like for real--i said sure--plus ill pay you all some money to boot--they were like thanks that they had no place to go-- that was close to their homes then i said also no one knows about the cameras ever--they were like we wont tell anyone they did their part i paid them money to make it all look good to their families and got it cleaned up pained and ready to rent--three bedroom house with college few streets down the road- it was good place for them to rent--and no i didnt leave the cameras hehe
I would have installed cams to catch them naked! Lol
If you knew you were renting to college kids why in God's name didn't you take first, last and a hefty security deposit. None of the security deposit refundable until you did a walk through inspection.
