Blurring Out Sites

I am looking for help or assistance. Iwant to upload some videos to GBT but the original videos have the site they came from visible.  How do I blur these out?

I use this software, and I highly recommend it. Easy and it works on my old hardware (2012) upto 4k.

Alternatively the youtube creator editing software will also work, but I'm not sure you'd want to be uploading these types of films to youtube.

You may be able to do that with OBS, not sure. But I think you might have to buy editing software, doubt if the free stuff allows users to do that.
