Â Â I'm thinking it was space debris as it looked like it was more falling from the sky than a star off in the distance! Â Â Wicked wild but amongst the serious creep factor of hearing the bustling leaves outside as I was walking out to my car. Â Â 'twas one in the morning when this happened. Â Â Anywho...wow-zers.
It could have been a part of the Ursid meteor shower which is due to peak tonight. Comet passes always leave a trail of debris with particles not much bigger the a grain of sand but able to appear as a shooting star. Even a piece the size of a golf ball can put on a Hell of a display sometimes seen for over a thousand miles, I wish I'd been able to se it.
