I've got this single friend request which I'm unable to reject, and there's also no username, has anyone had a similar site problem?

I've now got two requests without a name and neither of them can be rejected.

I've also got one of these, been there about a week. I'e given up trying to reject it. I'm hoping it will go away!

I have this same problem, PLUS I get emails saying they have uploaded a video. When I click on the user he isn't found. I also haven't subscribed to anyone. How can I still be getting these phantom emails?
