   There are a lot of LGBT guys out there who don't share the joys of the season.  They may be isolated from family or friends or their former religions.  Even those who have come out fully can feel a bit isolated right now.  Your  favorite bar tender at your favorite hang out may also need aa appropriate Christmas present - it's hard to survive on tips and a small salary.  I've made a habit of giving nice shirts or sweaters, some from my travels. They.ve always been well received.

  We did at one time host a Christmas party, which was kind of unusual because in the front we had videos of the Vienna Choir boys singing, while in the rooms off the hallway we had the great classic gay films of the seventies and eighties playing continuously. The choir music didn't synch very well with the sucking and fucking, but it was all a lot of fun. We stopped giving parties after getting tired of mopping up vomit and finding that some of our treasured possessions had disappeared.  

  A few emails arrived to thank us for the naughty but nice affair.  One said that while watching porn he had received the very best Christmas present ever  -  THREE timesi
