It's a video (or part of one anyway) by Toby Ross. He did most of his stuff in the 70s. He always had very attractive young models and photography better than most of the other crap around then (and today for that matter). I'm thinking one of his first movies was "Cruisin' 57".but he did maybe 20 or so, most all of them like this with great looking people.
