This clip is from Stone's first audition with Brad Posey. He left town shortly afterwards and returned three years later for a second interview at age 21. I think he looks better in his second interview -- slightly older and with a fresh buzzcut hairstyle. The trust and friendly rapport between Stone and Brad is very apparent in both interviews.
