I am familiar with American bath houses because I am a member of Club Aqua in Miami and nothing like this happens in there. At any hour of the day you would see guys walking in the halls and there are way to many places to go if you wanted to have a private blow job. But-of course there might be major differences in what happens in America and what goes on in Japan.
