This guys scammed a bunch of Costa rican boys like this by telling them they were making videos for his girlfriend; they had no no idea he was posting and selling the videos them for money in US. One of them, apparently realizing he had been lied to and exploited, broke in to his trailer one night and stabbed him to death.
