This is the toilet in St.James Park, London - opposite Horse Guards Parade. It was closed down at the beginning of March 2013 (sadly) for a complete reburbishment (14 or so weeks long). I have had many happy hour there - always plenty of action - but I bet that will suffer because of the rebuilding.
