I think the naked guy is "visiting" and doesn't know the guy in the red swimming shorts. But wet bodies with salt water and ejaculated semen is a wonderful combination for a summer day!

I somehow get the impression that the naked guy enjoy watching the sea more than he enjoys what his friend clearly wanted to do for him. I suppose it must be the climate.
