Alex1986MTL is right about this being Scotty Clarke who is not British but American and both he and lelboy05 are both right about few guys in the UK being circumcised. However, I believe this is not so much as for medical reasons as that circumcision is considered a Jewish and as such was dropped along with many other Judaic activities as Christianity developed into the form(s) we have now such as holding the Sabbath on Sunday and not Saturday.

This is Scotty Clarke from Helix Studios - Born and Raised in the USA from American parents. And Lelboy05 is right very few British and many Europeans are circumcised. Religion was not strong enough to allow such mutilation. God knows I'd want my skin back.

Not very likely - with a cut dick: very few guys have cut dicks in the UK - and usually for medical reasons. That being said - he's pretty sexy!
