At about 8:00 the dark haired boy, who is playing "Ride the Wild Horsie" on the lighter haired boy) begins about 2 minutes of shouting in his native tongue. Can't tell the language--Sounds kinda German but kinda Portuguese. On the one hand, I don't know what he's saying, but on the other had, I kind of do know. Hee Hee.
