NO they are not brothers, they hosted a live site back in 2003-2005 called Casey & Kyle's Condo they were partners with Justin's friends.com I'm sure most of you are familiar with Justin Berry & that fucked up mess, anyway they broke up Casey the top boy brought in a new boy that turned out to be a 15 year old run away & it all went Justin ran back to the U.S. and right onto Oprah.
