Im pretty sure this is a model that did a photoshoot for TeensBoysWorld quite a while back, when he was likely just barely legal. Perhaps some guys will remember him. Russian boys have such a short window when they are teens, and then all of a sudden, they turn into men. Like this guy. Peter Pan had it right when he declared, "I wont grow Up!".
